DIABETES CAN BE CURED! START TODAY ON THE PATH TO COMPLETE RECOVERY…

If you have been diagnosed with type II diabetes and are taking medication to control your blood sugar level, here is some essential information for you:

  • Diabetes can be cured. One man with blood sugar level of 1300 was completely cured within six months without medication.
  • Don’t rely on drugs! Reliance on medicine to control your blood sugar level is NOT a cure. It only suppresses the symptoms. The disease continues to advance.
  • Those who fail to eradicate the disease and restore normal blood sugar levels without medicine have a very high risk of heart disease, kidney disease, eye, brain and nerve disease.
  • The average lifespan of a diabetic is shortened by 13.5 years.

Don’t be foolish or complacent. Act now to cure yourself

Successful Treatment For Diabetes

The vast majority of diabetic patients are those who suffer from Type-2 diabetes which arises not from insulin deficiency but from the body’s inability or resistance to the action of insulin. Sedentary urban life styles combined with easy availability of overly processed food items have made people give up the normal exercise that the body gets from hard physical work. The consumption of highly processed and artificially flavored food items all through the day has overwhelmed the human body with a flood of carbohydrates and a consequent overdose of insulin to which the body develops a resistance by turning off its insulin receptors as a continuous overdose of insulin is toxic to the body. Therefore this combination of poor physical exercise and faulty eating habits leading to insulin resistance has led to what is called Type-2 diabetes which is spreading very fast among urban dwellers all over the world.

Those who develop this disorder start using the medicines that are available in plenty to control their sugar level. Once the drugs bring the sugar under control, they are tempted by the drugs to believe that their disorder can be permanently controlled in this way and that they need not worry further about their long-term health prospects. Actually this is not true at all. The drugs are taking care of the symptoms only. The disorder will continue so long as the underlying true causes such as lack of exercise and faulty diet habits remain uncorrected. If these faults remain uncorrected, the patient may need stronger and stronger doses of medicines to keep sugar under control. Meanwhile the higher than normal sugar level thickens the blood and impairs the circulation to such sensitive organs such as the heart, kidneys and the eyes and generally weakens their functioning. It has been estimated by diabetic specialists that chronic diabetes shortens a person’s life span by an average of 13.5 years.

An American engineer named Dewayne Mcculley developed type-2 diabetes all of a sudden which made his sugar level shoot up to 1300 mg/dl. He was admitted into a hospital in a dangerous condition and was not expected to survive. But prompt medical attention saved his life. This sudden crisis made him wonder what had gone wrong with his body and in what way he could get rid of this disorder. He read the available information on the subject of diabetic treatment and got a good knowledge of the subject. He did not like the idea of taking medications to control sugar for the rest of his life. He believed that this disorder has been caused mainly by faulty eating habits and lack of proper exercise for the body. So he began to change his diet and cut down on his calorie in-take in a big way. He weaned himself from eating highly processed fast foods rich in carbohydrates and developed what he calls a supermeal which is a very balanced diet that gives 50% carbohydrates, 25% protein and 25% fat with a good addition of nutritional supplements in the form of vitamins and minerals like calcium. His supermeal includes a lot of vegetables and green leaves, bread made from whole brown wheat and he recommends eating fruits like grapefruit, papaya and vegetables like broccoli and cabbage etc. This combination of a proper diet and exercise helped him to get rid of his diabetes in a mere four months and he now remains free of diabetes and stays that way on diet alone without any medicines.

Though he has devised a diet for his fellow Americans, we Indians can also formulate a supermeal out of the foodstuffs that are available in this country. While he recommends lots of vegetables, he at the same time recommends that we refrain from eating a lot of fried foods that are made by cooking with hydrogenated oils. Other food items that he wants us to avoid are coconut chutnie, sugar rich fruits like banana and starchy vegetables like potato, plaintain and tubers of all kinds. Though he would like diabetic patients to include meat and fish to make up the protein part of the diet which should be 25% vegetarian Indians who cannot follow this can make up for this by eating protein rich nuts and plenty of curd and soy related products.

He takes serious note of the body’s need for exercise and therefore recommends an hour of fast walking both in the morning and evening coupled with other stretching exercises that will give work to the muscles of the body. Excess weight has a strong correlation with body’s increased resistance to glucose uptake and all those who reduce their abdominal fat have reported a good reduction in their sugar level.

What Mr.Mcculley has achieved is possible for all other diabetic patients and that is why he has written the book “ Death to Diabetes” to share his experiences with us and also communicate to us his supermeal plans and guidelines for exercise and reversal of diabetes. Those who follow his suggestions are sure to wean themselves from diabetes and lead perfectly normal and healthy lives for a long time to come.
